Trio Country Butcher & Smokehaus is a full service butcher shop offering a large selection of fresh and frozen meats, poultry & seafood along with an assortment of our own marinated meats. We also offer a large variety of our own smoked goods and homemade deli salads, as well as deli meats and cheeses, frozen foods, dairy items, snacks and sodas, and specialty mustards, jams, hot sauces, and spices. The Smoke Haus
The Smoke Haus is our secret weapon! We smoke quality beef, pork, and poultry cuts using apple wood and hickory chips. Our Smoke Haus products include smoked beef and pork ribs, pulled pork and pulled turkey, smoked chickens, wings, and drum sticks, snack sticks, smoked sausages, ring bolognas, and bacon.
