Our Smoked Products

Trio offers a large variety of all natural* beef, pork, and poultry. *All natural meat products contain no artificial ingredients or preservatives and are minimally processed.

Fresh Meats

Beef
We grind fresh 80% or 90% Lean Ground Beef and slice Sirloin Tip Chip Steak which is used to make steak sandwiches. We freshly cut NY Strip Steaks, Delmonico Steaks, Flank Steaks, T-Bone Steaks, Porterhouse Steaks, Sirloin Steaks and London Broils which can be cut to any desired thickness. We hand cut fresh beef roasts such as Bottom Round Roasts, Rump Roasts, Chuck Roasts, or Top Round Roasts and Beef Cubes. We also carry Whole Beef Tenderloins which are cut into filet mignon or tenderloin roasts according to your specifications.

Pork
We freshly cut both Bone-In and Boneless Pork Chops and Pork Ribs, as well as fresh Bone-In or Boneless Pork Roasts. One of our favorite items is our Southern Style Pork Ribs that can be done in a yummy BBQ rub or just plain. We make our own sausage in a variety of flavors such as Country, Apple, Sweet Italian, Hot Italian, and Sweet Pepper & Onion and most of our sausages are available in either rope or loose form.

Poultry
Trio offers a variety of chicken products such as Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, 99% Lean Boneless Chicken Filets, Fresh Chicken Cutlets, Whole Chicken Breasts, Whole Chickens, and Chicken Legs & Thighs. We also make our own Gourmet Chicken Sausages in a variety of flavors such as Apple Maple, Green Onion, Red Wine & Garlic, Buffalo Wing, and Sun Dried Tomato. Stop in for some new and interesting recipes and dinner ideas for these great gourmet sausages.

Marinated Meats
One of our favorite items is our Black Nugget Flank Steaks. You can get any of our hand cut steaks including our Fresh Flank Steaks marinated in any of the following marinades: Black Nugget, Burgundy Wine, Cajun, Steakhouse, or Sweet Bourbon. We have a variety of chicken marinades such as Teriyaki, Italian, Hot & Spicy, Dixie Garlic & Herb, Butter Garlic, and Cajun. Also try some fresh pork chops or ribs in Dixie Garlic & Herb, Butter Garlic, or Cajun marinade. If you don't see what you are looking for feel free to mix and match any cut of our all natural* meat or poultry in any one of your favorite marinades.

We make a wide variety of dishes that make your life easier. Let us do all the work and all you have to do is stick one of our great Ready to Bake Items in the oven and sit back and relax.

Choose from a variety of chicken dishes such as Stuffed Chicken Breasts, Garlic Chicken Breasts stuffed with lump crab meat, Chicken Pizziola stuffed with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese, Chicken Cordon Bleu stuffed with ham and swiss cheese or Chicken Shish Kabobs.

Our beef dishes include homemade meatloaf, homemade meatballs, meatloaf mix (ground beef and pork mixture), Stuffed Peppers, Holubki (stuffed cabbage), Pinwheels (flank steak rolled up with bread stuffing), Beef Shish Kabobs.

Our pork dishes include stuffed pork chops or pork roll ups (pork rolled with your choice of loose sausage).

*All of our Ready to Bake Dishes are made to order and must be ordered ahead of time.

Try one of our amazing overstuffed 12" Hoagies or a smaller 6" Junior Hoagie. Our Overstuffed 12" Hoagies have over 1lb. of meat and cheese on them and are great for feeding a house full of people on game day or just as a quick meal for the family. Order an Italian or Turkey Overstuffed 12" Hoagie today!

For those who like a more manageable sized hoagie we also offer our Italian Hoagies in a smaller 6" Junior Hoagie. We are slowly adding new choices to our hoagie selection so stop in often to see what we come up with next.

*Please order hoagies at least 2 hours ahead of time. More time is needed to fill orders greater than 4 hoagies.
