Fresh Meats
We carry all natural* beef, pork, and poultry that is custom cut and packaged according to customer specifications. *All natural meat products contain no artificial ingredients or preservatives and are minimally processed. We also provide marinated and processed meats and poultry to give your menu the variety you're looking for.
Beef
We provide cut to order all natural beef steaks: NY strip steaks, delmonico steaks, T-Bone steaks, porterhouse steaks, sirloin steaks, flank steaks, whole beef tenderloins and top round london broils. Add some flare to your menu and get your steaks marinated in one of our own marinades: Black Nugget, Cajun, Steakhouse, Burgundy Wine, Sweet Bourbon, or Teriyaki, and try one of our favorites, Black Nugget or Cajun marinated flank steaks. We process our very own marinated chip steak, ribeye or sirloin tip beef chip steak, fresh ground beef, Trio's own frozen beef patties in a variety of sizes. We also carry cut to order prime rib roasts, chuck roasts, rump roasts, bottom round roasts, and top round roasts.
Pork
We make our very own sausage in a variety of flavors such as mild or hot italian sausage, country sausage, sweet pepper & onion sausage and apple sausage. We also carry all natural cut to order boneless or bone-in pork chops, fresh baby back ribs, boneless or bone-in country style ribs, boneless southern style ribs, hand cut boneless or bone-in pork loin roasts, boneless pork shoulder roasts, and whole hogs for pig roasts. Also try our BBQ dry rubbed boneless southern style ribs or have your pork chops or ribs marinated in our Dixie Garlic & Herb, Garlic Butter or Cajun marinades.
Chicken
We carry a variety of fresh and frozen all natural chicken including our own chicken chip steak, fresh or frozen chicken wings in a variety of sizes, IQF chicken wings, fresh boneless skinless chicken breasts, fresh trimmed boneless skinless chicken breast filets, pre-portioned boneless skinless chicken breast popouts, whole chickens, split whole chickens, whole bone-in chicken breasts, split bone-in chicken breasts, chicken legs, chicken leg quarters, chicken thighs and chicken drumsticks. We also marinate our boneless skinless chicken breast filets in one of our great marinades. Choose from: Dixie Garlic & Herb, Teriyaki, Italian, Garlic Butter, Cajun, or Hot & Spicy. Are you looking for something different? Try one of our gourmet flavored chicken sausages available in rope or loose form and in a variety of flavors. These flavors include: Buffalo Wing, Red Wine & Garlic, Apple Maple, Sun Dried Tomato and Green Onion.

Seafood
We go to the docks weekly for fresh seafood so just let us know what you are looking for (must be ordered by Tuesday 1pm each week). We also offer a variety of frozen seafood including haddock filets, 4 oz breaded haddock, 5.3 oz battered haddock wedges, shrimp in a basket, breaded butterfly shrimp, cooked P&D shrimp, raw shrimp, breaded clam strips, breaded crab cakes, stuffed crabs in natural shell, salmon pinwheels stuffed with lobster stuffing, flounder or tilapia pinwheels stuffed with crab Florentine, and 4 oz salmon filets.

Produce
We get fresh produce weekly so if you have any special requests please order by Tuesday at 1pm. We carry various sizes of tomatoes, a variety of lettuce, cilantro, cabbage, red and spanish onions, red and green peppers, fresh hot peppers, celery, cucumbers, potatoes, yams, fresh avocados, collard greens, a variety of mushrooms, carrots, lemons, limes, and oranges.
Lunch meats
We offer a full line of lunch meats that can be sliced in to order for you or purchased by the piece. These items include turkey, cooked ham, tavern ham, roast beef, corned beef, capicola spicy ham, hard salami, genoa hard salami, cooked salami, minced bologna and pepperoni sticks.
Cheeses
We also offer a variety of solid and shredded cheeses that can also be sliced to order or purchased whole. Our cheeses include sliced white american, solid white american, domestic swiss, provolone, mozzarella, cooper sharp, muenster, gourmet horseradish cheese, Gourmet Buffalo Wing Hot Sauce Cheese, shredded monterey jack, shredded cheddar and shredded mozzarella.
Dairy & Dressings
We also have various dairy items such as sour cream, eggs, butter, butter blends, creamers, and whipped topping. We offer dressings such as ranch dressing, bleu cheese dressing, (for more dressings see Dry Goods Section) quarts of garlic & oil, quarts of horseradish, chicken base and beef base.
Salads & Other Items
We make many of our own fresh made to order deli salads such as red skin potato salad, creamed cucumber salad, sweet & sour cucumber salad, pasta salad, and ham salad. Beyond our own salads we can also get a variety of salads such as Hatfield Pork BBQ, macaroni salad, potato salad, pasta salad, chicken salad, cole slaw and many more.
We also carry items such as fresh or frozen Hatfield, Berks or Hazle Park Hot Dogs in various sizes, BRT Smoked Football Ham, pre-sliced bacon, pickle spears, pickle chips, and whole deli pickles.
Frozen Items
We carry a full line of frozen goods to meet all of your food service needs.
